ABOUT THINKING

I'm not a professional thinker.  Like ideas just come to me.  The main place is the tub.  It's my university.  No my lecture theater (a tub is a lot like a lecture theater, you know tiered).  Well I can't get in that mother without having brainwaves.  Totally.  I have to take notes.  It's like there's a little lecturer on the faucet.  Or in my head.  Pity I can't have my laptop (I like to lay flat in the tub).  But I'm not a professional thinker.  I can think pretty much anywhere.  I don't have to be chained to a desk, head in hands.  Or head in head.  I guess that's what professional thinking is.  A head inside a head.  A meaty little packed head.  A true-blue all-the-way through head-head.  My head is more of a butterfly net.  I gambol after the butterflies in whatever meadow I happen to find them.  Sometimes they just light on me.  Like on the bus.  Then sometimes I sit empty as a woman with early Alzheimers waiting for someone to happen next.
